Contact the Board

It is the policy of the Board of Directors of Omeros to allow shareholders to communicate with members of the Board. To contact members of the Board, shareholders should send a letter using the contact information provided below. Communications may be addressed to the entire Board, to the non-management directors as a group, or to any individual director. All such communications will be initially received and processed by the office of our General Counsel.

Spam, junk mail, product complaints, product inquiries, new product suggestions, resumes and other forms of job inquiries, surveys, business solicitations and advertisements and threatening, hostile, illegal and similar unsuitable communications will not be delivered to the Board, provided that such information will be made available to a director upon request.
